Sleep tips for Heartburn
. Sleep with your head and chest elevated by raising your head of the bed by 4

. side seems to aggravate symptoms of heartburn.
. Eat meals two or three hours before you go to bed. Also try to avoid bedtime
. snacks.
. Chew gum during the evening as it increases the production of salvia which in
. turn neutralizes stomach acid.

. and juices, tomatoes, peppers, vinegar and spicy or fatty foods.
. Don't wear tightly fitted clothes as this also aggravates symptoms of
. heartburn.
